Delete in the app
- Open Drive Hours and choose Settings.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- In the signed-in account section, choose Delete account and cloud data.
- Review the warning and choose Delete permanently.
For security, Firebase may require a recent sign-in before the login itself can be deleted. If prompted, sign out, sign in again, and repeat the deletion step.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email DH@bluegroup.rent from the address used for your Drive Hours account. Use the subject “Drive Hours account deletion request.” Additional verification may be required to protect your account.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase authentication account
- Your cloud profile and Premium cloud driving records
- Family-sharing grants you sent or received
What may remain
Driving history stored only on your phone is not deleted by cloud-account deletion. Delete local drives in the Log screen, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app to remove local data. Premium purchase records remain with Google Play and deletion does not create a refund. Limited backup or security-log copies may be retained temporarily under service-provider requirements.
Export any records you need before deleting your account. Account and cloud-data deletion cannot be undone.
